Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which Bazilia (“we,” “our,” or “us”) ships products purchased through our website, www.baziliabeauty.com (“Site”). By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms stated below.

1. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the date of purchase. Orders placed after 2:00 PM (local warehouse time) may be processed the following business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
Shipping times vary depending on the destination country and the selected shipping method at checkout. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • United States and Canada: 5–10 business days

  • Europe: 5–12 business days

  • Australia and New Zealand: 7–14 business days

  • Asia and the Middle East: 6–15 business days

  • Rest of the World: 7–20 business days

All shipping times are estimated and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier issues, or other factors outside our control.

3. Shipping Charges
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the order and the destination country. Promotional offers such as free shipping may apply to qualifying orders and will be displayed at checkout.

4. Tracking and Notifications
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing the tracking number and link to track your shipment. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to become active, depending on the carrier.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and other customs charges. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the recipient. Bazilia is not responsible for delays or additional fees caused by customs authorities.

6. Delivery Issues
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.

Claims for damaged or missing items must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery, accompanied by photographic evidence.

7. Restricted Shipping Areas
We do not currently ship to countries or regions where international shipping is restricted or prohibited by law. This includes but is not limited to North Korea, Iran, Syria, and any regions under international sanctions.
