Refund & Return Policy

Effective Date: July 6, 2025

At Bazilia, we sell digital products, which are delivered electronically and cannot be physically returned. Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final once the product has been accessed or downloaded.

Non-Refundable Products

All digital purchases are non-refundable unless:

  • You were charged in error

  • You never received access to the product

  • The product is defective or unusable, and we are unable to fix it

If any of these apply, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase at baziliabeauty@gmail.com with your order number and issue description.

European Union Customers – Right of Withdrawal

If you're a resident of the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel your digital purchase within 14 days of your order unless:

  • You downloaded, streamed, or otherwise accessed the product after giving your express consent to waive this right.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

“You expressly consent to the immediate delivery of the digital content and waive your right of withdrawal.”

Processing Refunds (if approved)

If your refund request is approved, we will issue it to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
